I am not related.

In addition to the information Mike posted I found a possible in 1920 census, Oklahoma, Osage, Strike Axe
MARTIN, V.L. age 29, owns home, Single, born Washington, Father born PA, Mother KS. Merchant, ready to wear
In the same household is:
MONTGOMERY, L.F, B(for boarder maybe) Age 24, Born Ark, father TN, Mother KY, Salesman
MONTGOMERY, Pearl, wife age 24, born Mo, both parents born MO. Saleslady

In the 1930 census I think the age discrepancy Mike speaks of is due to the enumerator making the downward stroke on the 9 below the line a bit making it look like a 0. I checked several other entries on the same page and that's what it appears to be.
