Scroll down a bit and click on the "Ask A Librarian" button. There may be a small fee but would think it would be under $5.00. http://www.spokanelibrary.org/forms.php?page=contact I've heard also, but no guarantee, that you can contact the Social Security Dept and see if he had children.
