I found a David G. Mooers, b. 1923, Oregon who was living in Wahkiakum Co., WA and enlisted in the U. S. Army 13 Dec 1943, Fort Lewis, Washington as a private.
Term of Enlistment: for duration of War or other emergency plus six months, subject to discretion of President or otherwise according to law.
Component: Reserves - excluvsive of Regular Army REserve and Officers of the Officers Reserve Corps on active duty under the Thomason Act.
