Hi Bronwyn,
Do you know that you posted on the Washington state Message Board? I thought the people you were looking for were in Washington state.

The Mt. Olivet Cemetery is located in Washington D.C. which is about 3,000 miles from Washington state; an easy mistake to make if you don't live in the USA. I'd call the Cemetery 202-399-3000 and ask them if they have Mary and Abraham Strettle buried there.

I'd post the question about where Abraham was buried on the New York State, New York City Message Board. If his family members had money, he was probably buried wherever the family paid to have him buried. If he didn't have any money, he might have been buried in the Potter's Field in New York City at that time. Successful Searching!
