I found two Family Trees on Ancestry and asked their owners to contact you.
Jos. C. Mann and Jocline [spelling on index] Palmer married 1861, Clackamas Co. Case #=Book 1, page 134. Source=Genealogical. Source: Oregon State Archives, http://genealogy.state.or.us/detail.php?id=58368 .
I'm sure you have the 1870 Census info when Joseph, Joeline and children were living with her parents in Dayton, Yamhill Co. If not, I can email to you.
Apparently Joeline died because I found the following.

Sometime between 1877 and 1879 Joseph married Belle [Isabell] because in 1870 Joseph, Bell, A. C. [Alexander Collins], Zilla and May were living in Tacoma.
In 1880 the family was living in New Tacoma, Pierce Co., WA with the addition of Baby Mann, b. March 1880, Washington Territory, 2M [Gracie].
In 1883, the family was living in Puyallup, Pierce Co., Washington Territory.
J. C. Mann, b. IL, 49, clerk.
Isabell, b. IL, 28.
Alexander, b. OR, 19.
May, b. OR, 9.
Zilla, b. OR, 9.
Gracie, b. Wash. Terr., 4.
John Monett, b. Canada, 39, farmer.
In 1885, Belle, May and Gracie were living in Tacoma. Belle's occupation was listed as housekeeper.
In 1887, May (14) and Gracie (7) are listed by themselves living in Tacoma and might have been living with the Milne family.
Then Essie and William Moor are listed and on the next line is J. C. Mann, b. IL, 54, real estate.

In 1889 Belle (34), Mary M. (16) and Gracie (8) are living in Pierce Co., Wash. Terr. Belle and Mary's occupation is domestic.
In 1891 May Mann was living in Tacom at 1101 1/2 S. Tacoma Ave. Source: Tacoma, Washington Directories, 1889-91, www.ancestry.com.
In 1900 a Joseph Mann was living in Portland Ward 6, Multnomah Co., OR.
Joseph Mann, lodger, b. IL, April 1836, widower, real estate agent.
In 1920 Joseph was living in Laguna Beach, Orange Co., CA.
Joseph C. Mann, b. IL, 83, widower, caretaker Prebb___ Family.
In 1930 Joseph was living in the Masonic Home, Des Moines, King Co., WA.
Joseph C., b. IL, 94, member, widower.
Joseph Collins Mann died 12 Jan 1933, Zenith, King Co., WA, 96 yrs old. Father's Name=Abraham L. Mann, Mother=Elizabeth Collins. Source: Washington State Digital Archives, www.digitalarchives.wa.gov .
A B. F. Perkins of Coos County, OR married a Grace Mann of Thurston Co., WA on 29 April 1947. Source: Same as above. You can view and print the doc on that web site too.
Then an amended Certificate of Marriage was filed that Benjamin F. Perkins of Coos Co., OR married Grace G[?] Mann of Umatilla Co., OR in Franklin Co., WA on December 11, 1948. Source: Same as above.
I checked FamilySearch, Ancestry and the Washington State Digital Archives but didn't find any other info about any family members. All three sites are adding documents regularly. You might find documents at the Court Houses where they resided too. Successful Searching!
