Hi Beth, if you are just interested in his obituary, send an email to askalibrarian@secstate.wa.gov. Provide them his name, where and when he died. They will search the newspaper microfilm and email the obit (if one exists and if not, his death record published in the newspaper) for free.

However, if you are interested in learning more about David, I'd contact the Okanogan County Genealogical Society, PO Box 701, Okanogan 98841-0701 and the Okanogan County Historical Society, omakchronicle.comachs/index.html. Most local genealogy societies have a LOT of info available that is not on-line. Some do charge a small research fee. Good Luck!
