Burial place of Henry R. GRIFFITH?

Hello,

I'm unable to find the burial place of the above named man. He died 27 Feb 1920 in Bellingham at age 72.
Supposedly buried in Whatcom County, but maybe Skagit. He was a Civil War Veteran and I'd like to register his burial place on the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War National Graves database.

Thanks in advance for any help you may offer.
