Here is a link that has 31 persons resting in Perry Cemetery.

The person trascribing probably has been there. She probably doesn't have the genealogy records of those she found, there are probably other unnamed graves, stone missing or unreadible. Try her first.
The other poster is in Wenatchee, that county has transcribed some of its cemeteries, but it is a far mile from Whatcom County. The other link doesn't have the information you need either.
