JOHANNES WABER-REVOLUTIONARY WAR

Hey Waber researchers!
I found Johannes Waber, New York Militia, American Revolution in the National Archives Microfilm Index of Soldiers. I'll gladly share what I found.

Also, I made the initial post in December 1999 concerning my William G. P. Weaver, who may have been descended from WABER. Well, in August, I determined that was indeed true! His father was Corneluis, who was the son of George Philip Weaver, 1749-1814. George P. was the first American born child of Johann Georg Waber and his wife, Christiana from the Palatinate. They imigrated September, 1748 to Philadelphia. I owe tremendous thanks and gratiude to Dorothy L. Weaver of Fredericksburg, VA for researching the line down from Johan to Cornelius. She's written a book clearing decribing the whole WABER-WEAVER tree and history! Please contact me if you are interested in this line!
In Christ's Season of Joy, Gordy
