There was a Joseph Wachub (Vachub, Wachob, Vachob) in Augusta County, Virginia and mention is made of him in the Chronicles by Chalkey........ He had a daughter that married a William Elliott in 1773 in the home of Alexander Hamilton. It is believed that this daughter's name was Rebecca.. Anyone connect with this family?
