Franz Wachtel's family including Martin

Franz Wachtel arrived in the US in early 1800
with his family. He went to Ohio, according to family oral history, because of the advise of Joseph Bonepart. (Supposedly Franz had served in Napoleon's army.) One of his children was Martin Wachtel who moved to the
area near Savannah Mo. Martin was born in
Bavaria. There was another son Franz but I do not know the name of other siblings. I am looking for the ancestors and siblings of
Martin as well as any of Martin's descendents. We do have much but not all on
his descendents. TG
