Just found your web site and love the discussions and discoveries.
My Great Grandfather was John W. Wack. He was born in Carthage, IL on 10 Jan 1875. His father was John S. Wack, born around 1850 in Fulton Co. IL. I believe his father was William Wack but not sure of any connections . I have a lot of information on this branch if anyone is interested and would love to establish links to go back to John George Wack. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it. There are some great stories about the Wack family in the book "Early Germans of New Jersey" if anyone hasn't see it.
