Just found your posting. Did Jacob Wackenhuth have any children? My maiden name is Wackenhuth but my paternal grandfather was adopted by Charles Wackenhuth in West Virginia in the early 1900's. I believe Charles' fathers name was Henry Wackenhuth. Any Connection?
