My g-grandfather, Gustav Wacker originally settled in Buffalo, NY. He arrived there from Stuttgart, Germany November 13, 1913 at age twenty-two. He moved to Chicago around 1923. He was one of thirteen children (9 survived) born to Carl Julias Ferdanad Wacker of Stuttgard, Germany, and Elizabeth Von-Hohn (a Polish Countess).
