I am looking for the parents of Charles Marshall Waddill, who married Harriett Lavinia Wilson of Halifax Co. Va., their home was named "Cedar View", Charles was born Oct. 31, 1841 in Westmoreland Co. Va. and died May 12, 1919, buried at "Cedar View." I think he was a Cap. in the War between the States.
