I am interested in David Waddle (or Waddell), born in Virginia, 1805; married Martha Bomar. They lived in Hardin, Hart, and LaRue Counties, Kentucky. Their (likely) children: 1. Sarah Jane, b. 1838; m. William B. Bowman. 2. James C., b. ca. 1840; m. Mary E. -?-. 3. Mary, b. 1841; m. William H. Reynolds. 4. Robert B., b. 1844; m. (1) Martha ?Johnsey and (2) Melvina (?Johnsey) Kessinger. 5. W. Alexander, b. 1847; m. (1) Elizabeth -?- and (2) Maranda -?-. 6. Henry C., b. 1850; m. Martha J. -?-. 7. Martha Frances, b. 1855; m. William A. Mitchum. 8. William Emmett, b. ca. 1858; m. Mary Frances Goodman. I have no real evidence to prove this David's relationship (if any) to the Davids mentioned in other queries. I will (attempt to) answer specific queries and will (usually) share info with the many Waddell/Bomar descendants. However, I no longer contribute to Genealogy Disinfo Databases (GDD's), no matter how attractively they are packaged.
