Hi Jill, I've recently purchased a set of WADDELL family group sheets from Yates Publishing. There are around 130 sheets in the packet. I was searching for a Phoebe Waddell who married Isaac Baker. Well, lo and behold, I found her. Your William is in there too, I know because though it doesn't have anything about his birth or death, it does have the marriage 24 May 1843 to Mildred S. Fields. Did you need the information on his parents and siblings? This information says that your William is a 1st cousin to William Butler Waddell of the Pony Express. Email me at steliie@aol.com.
