Casey, I don't know if I am going to be a lot of help. My birth mother was suppose to be living in that area prior to about March 1965, and had plans to return after giving birth to me in Indiana in Aug 1965. Her mother sent her to IN so that her family in Brooksville, FL would not know she pregnant and she was to go back after. Sharon's mother's name is Bertha Lou she was listed on Sharon's Birth certificate as Birdie Lou which Birdie is a nickname for Bertha. Bertha's maiden name was Heston and she married a John Waddell. I don't know if he is alive or not due to some info that I have he is thought to have died in 1948. Bertha then married a man by the name of George Noble and had seven more children.
