Hi Arthur:

The New Kent County VA church records list TWO Noel Waddell's of the correct age to match the one in Wilkes County, NC.

1: Noel son of John and Hannah Waddell born Aug 6 1754.

2. Noel son of George and Susannah Waddell born September 29, 1753.

Probate records for Wilkes County may have a record of Noel's will. It is too far from me (Michigan) to go and check. Is any family still near there who could check?
