Just the other day when I was reinstalling my WFT and my geneaolgy favorites, the Waddelow name hit me like a thunderbolt.
I am the 10th generation of William Nock Sr., b:1644,(? Dudley, Worcester, England) d:bef Feburary 08, 1725/26 Accomack Co., Virginia; m:July 16,1670, Patience Waddelow, d:1724, Accomack Co., Virginia.
They were Quarkers and to avoid being persecuted some of the Waddelows changed their name to Wallop, Wadlow, etc.
