I have recently found a Waddilove in my Wifes family tree.
Our Waddilove family lived in Euxton, a small village in Lancashire. I have a sound prospect for family ancester with a Betsy Waddilove who married James Wilcock 12 April 1830 Saint John, Preston, Lancs. Earlier menbers of this family include.
Mary Waddilove M ?
Children: John Waddilove b ? Chrst 24 Sept 1826 Euxton, Lancashire.
I believe they had a daughter named Elizabeth or Betsy and they lived for short time in Buckshaw Hall in Uexton. The Hall was a small wooden 17C building that is now being renovated as a listed building and will be open to the public.
If you have any more information on this family I would be pleased to receive it.
