Elizabeth Waddy who married Francis Smith

In the Valentine Papers published many years ago there is the following statement:

"There is still in existence (in the possession of Mrs. John B. Young, Richmond, Virginia), a portrait of Mrs. Elizabeth (Waddy) Smith."

Does anyone know where this portrait is now or whether there is an image on the Internet someplace? The reason for my interest in this is I am a descendant of her daughter, Susanna (1740-1823), who married Col. William Preston (1729-1783). Bill LaBach in Georgetown, Kentucky.
