I'm looking for the father of Susan Alice Brooks Wade
I know her mother was Nancy Brooks(maiden name unknown)
Susan was born March 14, 1844 she died September 11,1915. She was born in Jasper County Mississippi and is buried in Oakland Cem. in trenton,Gibson County Tennessee.She was Married to Seaborn Jones Wade and they lived in both Jasper and Jones counties Mississippi.
Nancy and her husband (mr. Brooks) had 3 sons:
Jesse Brooks Killed in the army durning the Civil War Possibly at Vicksburg.
George Brooks He was killed by a baseball
John Brooks Died as a small child
I have no exact dates on the son's except that they all died before 1915.
Also Mr. Brooks died in 1843 or 1844.And Nancy Brooks is buried in Wesson Mississippi.She was born 1813.She died May 1876.
