I posted on the Clemons/Clements site, but, I am a descendant of Edward Wade and Mary Clements or Clemons. My maternal grandparents were Lucian M. King and Melissa Ann Wade. She was daughter of Phillip Wade and Catherine Moore, died Chickasaw county, Misissippi. I have the late Ophelia Richardson Wade's books, plus my 34 years researh on the King, Wade, Mixon, Belk, Moore, Burford families.
I believe I wrote to Eldon Wade one time.
I am getting ahead of myself. Phillip Wade was son of David Wade, Jr, grandson of Edward Wade and Mary Clements.
I compiled my greatparents family for Ophelia Wade's book.
