The 1900 census of Dallas County, TX, lists a household with Jefferson W. Trentam [sic] and wife Willie A., their children Mary Z. and William I., and a niece named Annie F. Burns. Willie Anna Wade was the daughter of William Wade and Martha White, who were in Collin County, TX, on the 1870 and 1880 census rolls. I am most interested in the niece named Annie Frances Burns. She is the only child of Byron Burns and his second wife, whose name is unknown. I suspect that her mother was one of Willie Anna's sisters, and the most likely candidate is the one named Eurana, primarily because she would have been about the right age. She was born in March, 1870, and would have been about 18 years old in 1888. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate a marriage record.
