This is affirmed to be the last will of Jony Ratliff who departed this life abt the 22th of August 1699 being in good and perfect memory an? the make my thereof first commended his soul to God and body to Christian burial, Item the life? To her grandchild Robt Wade a sheep and? lamb, item to her grandchild Jane Wade 2 yds of Linsey Woolsey, item She constitutes and appoints her husband John Wade Ex. of all the rest of her goods whatsoever

Jony Wade als Cowle departed this life abt the 27th of April last intestate Whereof the Court having intelligence hath decreed her only child unmarried vizt Alice Wade sole Ex. item of all the goods moveable & unmoveable abt whatsoever and a legacy to the husband upon sigte of the inventory

This is affirmed to be the last will of Jane Wade als Cormod who was burried the 1st of May 1702. Being in good and perfect memory at the making there of intelligence. She committed her soul to God and body to Christian burial. Item to her son John she left a Coverlet Blanket and hemp canvas or sheet to be bed clothes for him. Item to her sister Kath, a yellow pettycoat, a green apron with a kerchief and Coife as legacy. Item to Jane Xhati (Xhati means Christian) als Wade another yellow pettycoat and a wastcoat coife and handkerchief. Item she nominated and appointed her husband Philip Wade sole Ex Of all the rest Of her goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever. Item she left a red pettycoat to her said husband and her said son John for wastcoat to them. Item to her God daughter Jane Teare 6d. Item the testatrix being asked by her sister Kath: who did she leave her son John to, she answered to whosoever should have the last * * (there were two words that were heavily crossed off and therefore unknown to me P. Wade)
She left 6d a piece to the witnesses of her will Testes: John Teare and Bahee Wade
The inventory of the next month John Quirk enters the executor of Jane Wade als Cormod of 4s and 4d

Bahy Cotter als Wade departs this life about ye 12th January 1705 intestate whereupon the court hath decreed her four children Margt Wm John and Daniel her joint administrators all her goods moveable & unmoveable The Father Is Proved Court in form Of law
The husband has declared In court that after *** Debts are paid; he will bring in an inventory of what remains next court
