With the names changing as new counties for "residences" below makes tracing complicated; counties formed in GA particularly between 1801-1830's.
Would like to know more about Benjamin's "Orphans" (the last posting). Benjamin would have been gf of H. L. Wade b 1802 son of William L by Benjamin's first wife, name unknown. Benjamin was said that have had a son, James Y, and wonder if it could have been James A. (?)
H. L. Wade married first Sybil Parker, whom I believe was part of the Parker clan in Talbot Co., GA. I suspect that my James A. Wade in Talbot Co., GA could be one of the much younger children of Benjamin by his second wife, Elizabeth Pearce.
