Loraine, it's amazing how one can piece together with no integrated informationjj. I believe that Benjamin had other children other than (?), father of Jsmes & William L.
Also I believe that our James' had a brother John, but I carlessly didn't document him, so have to look again - I think in AL.
Anyway, the deed connection of Benjamin to Clarke Co., GA was a real surprise - and the price paid was very high, $1400, for that time period. The Thomas in Clarke Co., might be connected to Benjamin, which needs to worked as other deeds in Clarke Co., for Benjamin.
