Loraine, unfortunately, the only record found for
Sarah Sissie Simons and William L. Wade was the marriage in Warren Co., GA in 1802, the census of 1810 for William L, and the land lottery listing. I couldn't find a Wade in Coweta or Carroll Co., GA.

I am guessing that the (male/female)with William L. and Sarah in the 1820 census is the unidentified brother, father of our James A.

Carroll & Coweta Cos. GA., were formed in 1826/1825 from original Indian lands ceded, so at this point, I think that the Jasper Co., records will be our best bet. She either died or remarried evidently.
