I am trying to link Watfords and Odoms.
I found a John B. Odom on the Darlington, SC Census of 1880.
He is 23 (head of the house)
Maggie E.(Wadford) wife is 22 Yrs
Levy (son) is 4 yrs
Emma (dau) is 2 yrs
Susan(dau) is 1 yrs
Also in the home is Mary A. Watford (mother-in-law) age 65
and Calvin Odom age 18 a brother of John.
At this census they lived in "Lisbon" township.
I think I found Mary (mother-in-law) married to a Jarret?
Watford on the 1850 census of Darlington County.
Jarret is 42 and Mary is 35 at this time.
They have nine children on this census also.
I am trying to find the parents of John Calvin Odom who was raised by his grandmother.
Have you come across any Odoms connected to Wadfords?
