I have one of those maddening "good news-bad news" things. I searched my best reference "The Descendants of John Watford" by Margaret Phillips. I did not find a Racheal that would fit the age criteria. I did find a Nathan Price mentioned. He was the father of Suzanne Price(b. abt. 1804- d.1823). Suzanne married Hardy Watford in March 1818. I checked Hardy's father John W. Watford, but found no child listed named Racheal. Interestingly John's wife was named Racheal Cowand. John and Racheal were married in Bertie County NC and their children were born in Edgecombe County, NC(next door). The name is spelled several different ways with Watford and Wadford being almost phonetically interchanable in the drawl of NC.
