Hello, Tracey,
The following information may be of interest to you, and if so you can use the registration references to get birth or marriage certificates which will give you further details.First the Beadle marriage:
William A Waghorn married Ivy G. Beadle in 1929D (the December quarter) with ref. Croydon 2a.884 and they had a child Dorothy I. Waghorn ref.1930D Croydon 2a.447
I also have William Amos Waghorn, born 1906S Reigate 2a.216, but no further details.
There are no references to Tadworth anywhere in the database.
The rest is less certain, but there are railway connections, and a daughter Annie born in c1884, but if she left a husband when she died she could not have been born a Waghorn unless she also married one!Her parents were Edward and Mary,
1871 census shows Edward,35,lodger,u,Labourer,at ?47 Hopper Rd,Edmonton
1881 census shows Edward,44,Plate Layer,wife Mary,38,Eliza,6,Sarah,4,&
Edward,1,living in Edmonton,Mx.
1891census shows Edward,54,Railway Porter,wife Mary A,48,Eliza A,16,Sarah,14,
Edward,11,Caroline,9,& Annie,6,in Hoppers Road, Edmonton, Winchmore Hill
died 1907M reg.Edmonton 3a.372 aged 69
(I can provide details of the five children if you wish)
I hope this helps!Best wishes - Ted Stock [email protected]
