Henry Edward Walcott of Trelawny, Jamaica, had a 139 acre plantation called Brae in St. James Parish 1817-1840. His ancestors came from England to Barbados in 1659.I maintain the Wolcott/Walcott family data base and am co/coordinator of the Wolcott/Walcott DNA project. It would be interesting to have you participate in the DNA project and see if you are a decendant of the Barbados Walcotts. We currently have one DNA sample of that family.
