Hi all,
There is a two volume history of the Waldo family that pretty much catches everbody with the surname in the states prior to the civil war. I got it for my mother from a genealogical book seller out of Boston(sorry can't remember the name right now). Many of the New England town history books will catch you up also. My mother, Frankie, and I are especially interested in the Waldo branch that moved to New York State near Albany shortly after the Rev. War. Some of this family continued on to what is now West Virginia. Any info. or people digging on this line please contact us! Thanks!
