Hi Again Olive,
Sorry, I thought you were satisfied with the research I had done for you on your gr grandfather Anson..another way to check would be from your gr grandmothers side..RE: Lilly Pearl Champlin daughter of George Washington and Jennie Carver Champlin of Cherry Valley..Jennie Carver was a Howland before she married George.
There was no other record of a Waldo marrying Lillie Pearl..Either Harry didn't like the name Anson-Seeley and changed it himself, or was trying to escape the law, or was not anson-seeley at all and just adopted his identity..there should be records available in Cherry Valley, Ohio or Corry, Pennsylvania..or even New Lyme, Ohio to prove or disprove his real identity..the extension books of the Waldo ancestry are available in most libraries now..usually they can be transferred and may take up to 2 months to show up..and it's not C.S. but rather G.S. Waldo as in George Waldo that authored the books.
Victor Edward Waldo Jr.
