My mother is Jean Waldo Crandall (b.1925) and she is the daughter of Frank Waldo (b.1899) his father Bill Waldo (b.?) and they were all from the western NY and western PA areas. I'll get more info from my mom, but we've never been able to trace the Waldo side of the family. The Crandall's we know a lot about. Will send you more info. ASAP. Thanks for the info on the books in Boston. There was always some story about 3 Waldo brothers who had a falling out and lost contact with one another sometime around the Civil War... will find out what I can.
