M Shearon

There were no Pennsylvania troops at Fort McHenry, only U.S. Army and local militia. However, three companies of Pennsylvanians did participate in the Battle of North Point in which the American militia defeated the British Army.

These companies were Captain Spangler’s company of Volunteers from York County, and Captains Baer and Metzar’s companies from Hanover, Pennsylvania. There was also a brigade from Pennsylvania that arrived too late to participate in these battles.

The muster rolls are in the Pennsylvania Archives (series of books), sixth series, volumes VII through X, War of 1812.

The information about the companies are from Lossing's history of the War of 1812 which is on-line:

Good Luck!
