Cobean's Battalian PA Volunteers

I am trying to find out information on Cobean's Battalian but have not had much luck. My GGG-grandfather, Bannister Pool was in this battalian, led by a Captain Meredith. I believe he mustered in at Gettysburg PA in 1814. If anyone has any information on the Battalian and Captain Meredith, I would appreciate hearing from them.
