Terry,

Moses Callison is listed as Moses Collison in the military records at the National Archives. His records are in roll box 43, roll record 2762, as serving in the 1st Odd Battalion under Daniels in the Ohio Militia.

The only Captain David Daniels that I have information on, lived in Portage County. Apparently, there was another Daniels in Pike County.

I have no information on a Capt. Rezin.

The Roster of Ohio Soldiers in the War of 1812 lists a Moses Collison in Captain David Daniels' Company. He served between July 28 - Aug 28, 1813.

The 4th Detachment of the Ohio Militia was under the command of Major General John Gano. His brigade took over the army forts in northern Ohio freeing Maj Gen Harrison's troops to invade Canada in September 1813.

I hope this helps you,

Eric Johnson
