Volumes have been written on this potential line.
The original line proposed was proved invalid in TAG Vol 10(1933-34) pp84-88 by Jacobus. Later articles in TAG 69p9 (1994) and TAG 81p249 (2007) have attempted to resolve the Problem, by adjusting the line.

The line is valid from John #1 the Colonist to Watertown MA, but who his parents were has not been conclusively proven. That is the controversy in the above articles.
In a recent meeting I had with Gary Boyd Roberts,the line has a high probability of working somehow, but exactly how, that is the question?

Robert L Ward is the expert who is trying to find the line.
