According to the Whitney Research Group page for this couple, located at http://wiki.whitneygen.org/wrg/index.php/Family:Whitney%2C_Henry_(1786-1847%29 Mary Ann Rheubottom was the daughter of John and Martha (Allen) Rheubottom, of Chautauqua. She was born in Washington Co., NY, 1 Feb 1824; died in Chautauqua, 14 Jan 1853; and was buried in Magnolia Cemetery.
