Looking for records of Tomac migration to Clark Co.

My mother Julia Ozbolt Tomac came to Clark County in about 1913-14. Not sure exactly from what state. Settled north of Greenwood on a farm. Want any information about the early years in the county. Trying to get immigration records and dates of arrival. Same with my father (Daniel Perman 1920 who entered from Pennsylvania who also immigration from Europe.
