Looking for any info and/or descndants of a very early settler of both Dodge and Racine Counties. I've pulled land records for grants from 1840/Racine and 1851/Dodge for parcels received by Orsamus. I'd like to try to find his family - ie: wife, children, etc.
Research showed me an O. JOY was elected road commissioner at the 1st meeting of the town of Caledonia in Racine county.
Anyone out there that can help?
