I am looking for any information about Frank Louie Bernart a guard in 1918 at Wisconsin State prison in Waupun. Frank was born in 1880. He eventually became asst deputy warden at the prison during the 20's and 30's and I understand that he and his wife Frances lived in a home on the property. I am trying to verify his marriage to Frances or his death in an attempt to determine who his parents were.
