Interestingly enough, I live near Sand Creek in Dunn County, but I grew up in Green Bay on the other side of the state. There was a Sand Point on the shore of Green Bay or Lake Michegan. It was in either Door County, Keewaunee County, or Manitowoc County. You might try those boards. Wish I could be more help, but its been a long time and I haven't lived over that way fo over 30 years.
