Lisa,
According to the 1850 census, Patrick's wife was Margaret. I have seen the name Mahoney in some of my digging for my children's family (name was Kelly). I have also been to a number of cemeteries in the area, since I live here. There was a very old cemetery built near a smaller log church before the St.James church was erected back in the mid 1800's. The cemetery still exists but all the markers were wood and are gone. It is possible that is where they are buried. Sorry I can't help you more.
