The Federal Bureau of Land Management operates a web site that enables you to search land patents. Searching the site shows two land patents issued to William in Green County and one to David in Lafayette County.
You can find it at: http://www.glorecords.blm.gov/PatentSearch/
Just select Wisconsin from the dropdown box, type the name into the patentee box and click search. When it shows the list click on the name and it will show you the information. If you click on the Image tab it will show you the original document. If you right click on the document and SaveAs you can save the image to your computer. Best to save it as a large GIF or Tiff.
