O.H.P Clarno was born near Springfield IL 3/10/1818. He came to the Wisconsin Territories abt 1832 He was married 3 times, Lucy Hoffman who died 5/11/1853, Catherine Solomon who died 11/24/1876 and Polly Starr, 1/31/1878. OHP was in the Black Hawk War
OHP is the son of Andrew who arrived in the WI Territory in 1827. Andrew died in 1850, another son Stephen E left in 1840 for Cedar Rapids Iowa, and in 1884 lived in McLean County IL
