1860 census help-Schopeck, Skopeck

I am looking for my family in the 1860 US census (or any other record before 1870). Family stories say that my family was in Fond du Lac...but I have searched and searched with no results. Any help is grealy appreciated. Here's the scoop:

Theresa Schopeck (I've seen Skopeck, Schobeck, and a hundred other variations) b. 1846 Bohemia (sometimes it's listed as Austria, Prussia, and even Germany at one point...which I think is just an error).

Her mother is Elizabeth b. 1818 in the same area (I think). There is another daughter who is listed as being b. in WI in 1860 (not sure when, so I don't know if she would be in the census or not). Her name is Lena or Lenor (something close to that).

There is also a Frank Schopeck listed as living with them in 1870 (in MN). I think this is Theresa's brother, but I'm not sure.

They supposedly immigrated around 1853.

I found a NY Passenger Listing for a family that might be them. Some of the info is so close, it makes me think it HAS to be them. However, some of what is there does not quite fit with other info. If it would be helpful, I can get into more detail with this.

Im willing to share info. Thanks for any help.
