Hi Thomas,

Thank you for taking the time to post so much information. I have NOT seen the name spelled "Tortlough" before, but I have seen it look like "Ahondurre" in eleborate long-hand and Etienne went by both Anthony and Stephen! Also, I do have all the other information.

The eldest children in this family were either adopted legally or assumed the name of Tordeur, but I have yet to find any documents stating their original surname. Ship's manifest lists their mother as a Williquet but lists only children's first names.

Manifest indicates the elder Williquet couple sailing with her as her parents, but perhaps they are her in-laws. Difficult to say.

Please mention my post on Genforum to anyone you may run into that you think would have information on these "Tordeur" descendants. I am grateful for your time!
